Issue:
The exterior finisher was contaminated , the surface was tarnish, the failure mode is contaminated mark on finisher.
Cause:
Exterior stains contaminated the finisher and could not be wiped.
Action:
Step 1: Prepare the polishing wax, check and confirm the defect area. Using mat to soak the polishing wax. Polishing the defect area.
Step 2: Check the appearance of the finisher surface, confirm the result. If the finisher appearance is improved, polish the defect area until it is gone. If not, move to Step 3.
Step 3: Sign the TA and ask for technical assistance support.
