Issue:
In the process of driving, there is a beeping noise in the middle area on the left side of the roof opening panle.
Cause:
There is a difference between the sunroof frame and the sheet metal matching.
Action:
1.Confirm the location and noise type: If the noise comes from the area around the left B-pillar, and  the noise is a beep, please refer to the following steps. If not, please refer to SSM75048;
2.Remove the headliner (Refer to Topix 501-05: Interior Trim and Ornamentation) until the left roof opening panle frame can be observed；
3.Check whether the alignment pins on the left and right side of the roof opening panle are removed (see attachment). If not, please remove the pin bushes;
4.If the above steps still cannot fix the issue, please submit TA.
5.Please confirm whether the sound comes from between the roof opening panle frame and the body frame according to the attached picture 2 before submitting TA. The maintenance of this issue needs to insert a horizontally 5mm high hard rubber blocks between the roof opening panle frame and body frame 1, body frame 1 and body frame 3. (The block is a non-standard part and will be sent by the factory after TA confirmation.)
6.After receiving the parts, please operate according to the 5 step. And make road test to confirm if the noise disappear or not. If the noise exists, gradually increase the thickness of the inserted block according to TA's guidance.
