Issue:
The exterior finisher is contaminated by external pollution, resulting in loss of luster on the surface similar to rust and water stains.
Cause:
Exterior stains contaminated the finisher and could not be wiped. If the surface of the finisher is used with an inappropriate detergent such as 84 disinfectant, it will cause irreversible corrosion to the finisher and cannot be removed.
Action:
1. Confirm whether the dirty state is similar to water mark, please inform the user to avoid using the disinfectant on the surface of the finisher.
2. If other mottled squalidity，prepare the polishing wax, confirm the contaminated location, sponge or felt cloth, glue the polishing wax on the contaminated area and wipe it back and forth.
3. Confirm whether the pollution is reduced or disappeared after wiping. If it is reduced, keep wiping until the pollution disappears.
4. If squalidity cannot be removed by following the above steps. Sign the TA and ask for technical assistance support.
