Issue:
Finisher is contaminated by external pollution, resulting in loss of luster on the surface, similar to rust stains and marks
Cause:
External stubborn stains attached to the surface of the trim, resulting in the inability to wipe directly
Action:
Step 1: Prepare the polishing solution, confirm the contaminated location, sponge or felt cloth, glue the polishing wax on the contaminated area and wipe it back and forth;
Step 2: Confirm whether the pollution is reduced or disappeared after wiping. If it is reduced, keep wiping until the pollution disappears.If there is no improvement, perform step 3
Step 3: If dirt cannot be removed by following the above steps, please submit EPQR.
