assembly (e.g. silicone-based materials).

Service measure:
The relevant BMW Repair Instructions must be observed without fail for the installation of
a window guide seal or door gap
oof seal.
ATTENTION, IMPORTANT:
For the installation of a window guide seal or door gap
oof seal, it is only permitted to use
the G13 anti-friction agent - BMW part number 83 23 0 441 032.
The G13 anti-friction agent is a material intended purely as an assembly aid. It must not be applied to the surface of the
sealing lip to remedy grating noises under any circumstances.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The seal must not be treated with a silicone-based preparation under any circumstances.
Existing repair instructions are being updated to this effect.
