If the reversing camera screen is displayed in the CID (Control Information Display), a flickering white
line can be seen along the lower edge of the screen.
CCC Software error.
Vehicle equipment concerned: Only option 609 (CCC) and option 3AG (reversing camera)
In the event of a customer complaint, remove the panel which covers the CCC and submit a picture of
the CCC front (white label), and a picture from the flickering screen via PuMA.
Later on related to your CCC Hardware (HW) we will send a CD with the actual Software.
The following process must be worked through:

Program the vehicle with the current Progman / ISTA P version.
Insert the CD in the DVD drive of the CCC (not the upper CD drive). If the hardware version of the CCC
is not compatible with the data release on the CD, the CD is immediately ejected. If the correct CD has
been inserted, the data is loaded onto the CCC which will take some time. The CD is then ejected
automatically. The CCC performs a reset and starts up using the new software.
CAUTION:
This measure should only be carried out if the fault profile described above is present, pls. check PDF
attached. If the data is loaded onto CCCs which do not have this error, the display in the CID is
afterwards NO longer correct (NEVER USE THIS CD ON CAR WITH AM OTHER FAULT!!!).
