1. A mechanical fault tree is available from DIS Version V55. The mechanical fault tree contains a lot of summarised information from PuMA and TIS. This should provide better assistance for methodically working through customer complaints.
2. The KDS (Kinematic Diagnostic Systems) software has been revised. The new software will be available from
the beginning of September. The procedure for a wheel alignment check is simplified greatly through the new KDS software. In Motorsport (M) vehicles, the data for height-independent measurements are also recorded. This improvement means a measurement
for the design position is no longer necessary in most cases. The Repair Instructions RA 32
00 ... "Wheel alignment check procedure" has been amended.

1. In the event of a customer complaint relating to wheel alignment, the fault tree for methodically working through wheel alignment faults is available from DIS Version V55.
2. The revised KDS software will be automatically sent out from August. The KDS software also contains the current KDS data, along with the revised program process. Once again, revised KDS data is expected to be available from September.
The fault tree is continuously being updated and amended. Feedback can be forwarded using the
"diagnostics feedback" function.
