The passenger front floor is wet.
Bulkhead gasket seal is not fitted tight.
Please check the secure fit of the condens water hoses. If the hoses are fitted tightly, check the
bulkhead gasket.
If the bulkhead gasket is not fitted tightly to the firewall, it might be warped and the sealing foam might
be missing.
In this case the bulkead gasket has to be renewed (part number 64 31 6 945 581 for left hand drive and
part number 64 31 6 945 582 for right hand drive) and properly fitted to the firewall. The torque applied
to the screws must be at least 5 Nm and maximum 8 Nm.
Please check the month clock on the bulkhead gasket (see attachement):
1) shows the production month.
2) the production year of the part.
Use only parts which are produced since May 2008 (5/08).
