The ashtray (smoker insert) or the non-smoker insert does not pop out when the
release lever is pressed.
The ejector pins (see picture 1) are damaged or are no longer engaged in the holder.
Note:
On one or both of the ejector pins, one or all of the three retaining hooks may have broken away.
In the event of a customer complaint, replace the damaged pins and springs.
