In the event of a customer complaint, the customer should be informed of the following:
SMS messages or contacts cannot be deleted on the CIC but rather have to be removed on the mobile phone. The entries will be cleared from the CIC during the next time the phone is synchronised with the vehicle. A maximum of 100 SMS messages are displayed in the CIC.
